I offer individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults, as well as child-centered play therapy for children 4 and up. Emotion recognition, active imagination, creative playing and expressive talk can be interwoven into this process.
This image depicts the famous mandala "Systema Munditotali" (The System of All World), designed and painted by the Swiss psychiatrist and founder of Analytical Psychology, Carl Gustav Jung, in 1916 -the circle symbolizes the Self, representing the totality of the human psyche that unites the conscious and the unconscious mind.

I work with couples and families to support a deeper understanding of the patterns that might be impacting the ways of communicating and relating within the family or couple system. Differences and intersections between developmental stages, family "roles," and intergenerational patterns are often the focus.

I offer in-person and online psychotherapy. For online consultations I use Zoom’s secure telehealth platform. If Zoom does not connect us, we can use Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Viber, although these are not HIPPA compliant. If you are feeling unwell or travelling, we can arrange for an online session.
Jung created this artwork using a technique he developed called active imagination, where he deliberately induced a meditative state to let his unconscious mind project raw images, symbols, and figures freely.
